A studio built around the people doing the work
Xenion Labs has been designing and engineering digital products since 2019. We're thirty-eight specialists working with founders and product teams who need the result to hold up after launch.

Why we started
We founded Xenion Labs after watching the same pattern play out from the inside: a senior team wins the pitch, a junior team delivers the project, and the client discovers the difference somewhere around month three.
So we built the studio the other way round. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. We keep teams small enough that nobody is coordinating rather than contributing, and we cap how many projects run at once — which occasionally means telling a good client to wait six weeks.
Seven years on, most of our work still comes from people we've worked with before or the teams they went on to join. That's the metric we actually watch.
Four things we don't compromise on
These shape estimates, architecture decisions and the occasional uncomfortable conversation.
- 01
Clarity before code
The most expensive bugs are decisions, not defects. We spend the first two weeks making sure we're building the right thing, because that fortnight is the cheapest one in the project.
- 02
Small teams, close to the work
Three to five people per project, all of them hands-on. No layer of account management translating your requirements into someone else's ticket.
- 03
Boring technology, deliberately
We choose tools with long support windows and large hiring pools. Your product should still be maintainable when the current framework fashion has moved on.
- 04
Honest about trade-offs
Every technical decision costs something. We tell you what it costs at the time, in writing, rather than letting you discover it in month six.
How we got here
- 2019
Founded by three engineers who were tired of bait-and-switch agency staffing.
- 2021
Grew the design practice; first full brand-and-product engagements shipped.
- 2023
Opened the platform team — cloud, DevOps and the infrastructure under everything else.
- 2025
Added a dedicated AI practice after two years of shipping ML features inside client products.
A process with no surprises in it
Four phases, weekly reviews, and a deployable build every two weeks. You always know what we're working on and what it costs.
- 01
Discover
We start with your users and your constraints — interviews, analytics, a technical audit — and come back with a written point of view on what to build and what to skip.
- 02
Design
Flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens, reviewed with you every week. You see the real thing early enough that changing it is still cheap.
- 03
Build
Two-week sprints with a working deploy at the end of each one. Code review, automated tests and a staging URL you can share from day one.
- 04
Scale
Launch, then measure. We tune performance, watch the funnel, and either hand the codebase to your team or keep shipping alongside them.
Your brand deserves better than a template
Four commitments we make on every engagement. They are in the contract, not just on the website.
Senior people only
The people in your kickoff call are the people writing the code. We don't staff projects with juniors behind a senior name on the pitch deck.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a written scope and a fixed number before we start. If we underestimate, that's our problem to absorb, not a change order.
You own everything
Code, designs, infrastructure and accounts are yours from day one, in your repositories and your cloud account. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
Built to be handed over
Every project ships with tests, documentation and a walkthrough. The measure of good work is that you don't need us afterwards.
What it's like to work with us
They pushed back on half of our original scope, and they were right about all of it. We launched two months earlier than planned with a product people actually use.
Dana WhitfieldVP Product, Northwind The handover was the best I've seen. Our engineers were shipping features in the codebase within a week, without a single call back to Xenion.
Marcus ElleryCTO, ArcLend Xenion treated our brand like it mattered before we had the revenue to justify it. Two funding rounds later, we still haven't needed to redesign.

Think we'd be a good fit?
We'll tell you honestly if we're not. Either way you'll leave the call with a clearer picture of what your project takes.
